Unemployment Is Down!

Unemployment numbers just released with GREAT news - the unemployment rate last month DROPPED to 8.9% overall - remember we are much lower here in the local market!! In just three months, we have dropped from a near 10% unemployment rate. There was growth in construction as well!!

PWC of Manassas and Manassas Park home prices are UP again for February. Last month the median home price was UP another $20,000. Year after year, home prices are UP $36,000 in the same area.

Prince William County Median Home Prices UP!

Just looking over some stats - and here is a good one - Prince William, City of Manassas and Manassas Park home prices are UP again for February. Last month the median home price was UP another $20,000.

Let me repeat this.......

The median home price was UP ANOTHER $20,000 last month alone!

Year over year, home prices are UP $36,000 in the same area.
