The National Association of Realtors released its pending home sales index, and it was more GREAT news. Home sales rose more than expected in April - by 6 percent to a reading of 110.9, the highest number since October. Further, the number released last month was revised UP from 5.4% to 7.1%. Compared to a year ago, the number is 22.4% higher.
