MORE GREAT NEWS!!!! The all important monthly S&P Case Shiller home price index was just released - Overall - the 20 City home price index as UP 4.6% year over year!! Wow, home prices overall UP 4.6% over the past year.Home prices for just one month - April vs. May has our prices UP 1.3%!!!For the Washington DC market, we are looking even better!! Our home prices are now UP 7.4% from a year ago. For just one month, our home prices from April to May were UP 1.5%.
MORE GREAT NEWS - out of the 20 metro areas in this report 19 all showed home prices going UP. There was only one area that continued to see home price declines - Las Vegas.
